You will…:

- Be actively involved in the recruitment process;
- Identify potential candidates in accordance with job descriptions;
- Identify new and innovative sourcing methods;
- Establishing job descriptions using the information provided by the client;
- Establishing the proper recruiting methods (data base of the company, job sites, social media, job fair);
- Identifying the qualified candidates trough the various recruiting tools;
- Contacting the applicants and scheduling them for meetings;
- Phone screening;
- Attaining the interviews;
- Evaluating the candidates in order to draw up their personal and professional profile;
- Update the recruitment & selection database;
- Developing a rapid career progression through resultats and hard working.
